The Velveteen Cake Co. is a private home based cake studio out of Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula.
I specializing in luxurious couture cakes & confections for all events.

Working from home, I am here to service custom clientele with a luxurious experience and upscale desserts.
Using only the finest quality ingredients to create our most luxurious desserts from tried and true perfected recipes. Our soft velvet textures blend blissfully with flavorful tangy & sweet lemon curds, enveloped in our silky sweet buttercreams - everything is made from scratch & fresh to order, I take pride in the process and products I use when creating your one of a kind piece of edible art.

The Velveteen Cake Co. began it's journey in 2019, curating luxurious and unique treats to the small local town of Norway, Michigan.
Since moving into Downtown, Iron Mountain in 2021 - I have expanded my skills and narrowed down my niche' to couture style bespoke cakes & confections.
I run The Velveteen Cake Co. LLC. solo, so please consider this when booking - I'm typically booked 3+ months out with limited availability.

I don't cut corners
My top priority is always quality over quantity.
I don't skimp on ingredients or design.
Everything I create is 100% handmade from scratch & made fresh-to-order.
Using high end ingredients is important to me, and using such creates a difference you can taste.
When I get to hand pipe designs and sculpt fondant I think it offers a detailed design you just can't get with a printing machine or at your local grocery store.
Using AA grade butter, organic vanilla bean paste, raw cane sugar and freshly made jams - I'd love to create something custom, just for you!
